CPP Group operates across four core operations in India, Turkey, Blink Parametric and UK & ROW.
Each operation is headed by a local CEO to ensure alignment to local market trends and consumer and partner needs.
Our offices across Europe, Asia and Central America work with our corporate centre to understand partner and customer needs, innovate and develop new products and services and build a productive and positive culture. This includes leveraging best practice and innovation from across the Group so that we are able to offer more to our partners so that they can mean more to their customers.
Our market businesses
India
India is the Group’s largest and fastest growing business, driving the Group’s near-term growth.
CPP India works closely with its partners to drive value by growing customer loyalty through the design and delivery of simple and innovative products which fit seamlessly into the everyday life of consumers. The market offers organic growth through the expansion of existing partnerships with credit card providers and non-banking finance companies, and increased digital distribution and servicing to attract new partnerships.
Our Business Process Management business, Globiva, is one of India’s fastest growing Business Process companies providing outsourced customer relationship management, back-office functionality and automated human resource services to a growing roll of clients.
Turkey
CPP Turkiye is a key market for the Group and operates a strong multi-partner, multi-product business with diverse mix of revenues and a growing reputation for award-winning, local partner innovation and cyber protection products.
The business leads an organic led strategy focused on entrenching relationships and winning new partners in the mobile, digital, insurance and financial services sectors.
Blink
Blink, CPP Innovation, is our insurtech business, managed from the UK and Ireland.
Blink was founded in 2016 and became the first Insurtech in the FCA (UK) Sandbox programme and was acquired by CPP Group (AIM CPP) in March 2017. Since then, Blink Parametric made TheINSURTECH100 (2019 & 2020), an annual list of the worlds’ most innovative InsurTech companies and has expanded its services platform to become a world leader in parametric insurance product innovation.
Its proven platform serves as the conduit for delivering real-time resolution and assistance services across Travel, Commercial, Climate and Energy sectors in Canada, North America, LATAM, Asia and Europe.
UK and RoW
The UK and our European markets operate well-established Card and Identity Protection books of business providing strong renewal income and cash flows.
The markets are focused on driving value through product enhancements and high-quality customer service.
Our investments and acquisitions
Globiva
CPP Group holds a 51% stake in one of India’s fastest growing Business Process Management companies which has demonstrated significant growth since its inception in late 2017. Globiva boasts colleagues across multiple sites in India and gives the CPP Group an in-house option for the rationalisation of back office functions as well as growing their core business through partnerships with global brands such as Ola, Tui and American Express
In 2018 CPP Group invested in a 20% stake in the cyber risk start up KYND, further strengthening its innovative product catalogue and digital capabilities across the Group. KYND uses proprietary cyber risk management technology to enable businesses to easily monitor and understand the cyber risks they face, take action when necessary and be alerted to future risks.
