CPPGroup plc, the international assistance business, is pleased to announce that Tim Elliott has agreed to join the Group as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman with effect from 1 September 2017, subject to regulatory approval.
Tim has many years’ experience in the financial services sector, including with J P Morgan, Barclays Capital and, most recently, as a partner of KPMG.
Chairman, Sir Richard Lapthorne, commented: “On behalf of the Board I am delighted to welcome Tim to CPP. He brings a wealth of experience in financial services and will undoubtedly make a significant contribution as we move into the next phase of the Group’s development.
