Sustainability framework

Across every area of the CPP Group, we recognise our role in serving the wider society. We know that our success is linked to the progress of the people, clients and communities we serve. That’s why we are committed to playing our part in a sustainable future for our communities through the promotion of financial and social equality and resilience.

We’re taking a structured approach to managing ESG around the Group with a focus on four priorities:

  • Building consumer resilience
  • Contributing towards equality and inclusivity in our communities
  • Empowering our colleagues to do more
  • Being a responsible business

Our priorities

We’re taking a structured approach to managing ESG around the Group with a focus on four priorities:

Building consumer resilience

One of the most tangible ways we can positively impact society is through our products. We’ll work with clients to develop affordable, real-time assistance products that boost resilience and protect consumers from the impact of the everyday not always going to plan.

Contribute towards equality and inclusivity in our communities

We’ll improve the prosperity of our communities through training, job creation and the partnering of small and large companies that assist with product provision. Going further, we’ll embrace social equality initiatives, voluntary work and fundraising.

Empowering our colleagues to do more

We’ll promote and nurture an environment to create conditions for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing. Looking to the future, we’ll develop a technology-driven culture to promote our purpose, all while attracting and retaining the best talent.

Being a responsible business

Not only will we quantify and reduce the impact of energy and resources used by our operations on the environment, but we’ll ensure our strategic partners comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards within their markets.

Our ESG Roadmap

Our priorities provide a framework to measure and enhance our impact, aligning our future initiatives with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are relevant to CPP.

Our newly formed ESG Committee will develop an ESG Roadmap in line with our materiality assessment. This will create a systemic approach to initiatives, so that at every level, we do the right thing by our clients, their customers, our colleagues and our community.
