The team at CPP China showcased their F-LITE travel disruption platform to more than 1,800 delegates at the Travel Daily Conference.
The Shanghai event is one of the highlights of the industry’s calendar and includes participants from online travel agents, airlines, travel agencies, destinations and executives from the tourism and culture sectors.
A number of senior executives of multinational companies, including Booking Holdings and Twitter, also attended the conference, and some who were not able to travel to Shanghai due to the pandemic participated the panel discussions by live video conference.
CPP was also shortlisted in the conference’s awards scheme, earning praise from judges in the product innovation category following a four-month assessment process, standing out from 40 cases under the same category.
F-LITE is a sophisticated digital platform created by CPP China which combines big data and mobile technology to offer travelers instant access to non-cash compensation if they experience flight delays and cancellations, including access to airport VIP lounges and duty-free store shopping coupons.
In total 16 services are included within F-LITE for travelers to choose from, covering users’ journey from door to door.
